We are looking for young men and women who are motivated, determined, and have an interest in attending a continuing educational program.

 

To Apply:

1. You must be an up and coming 8th-11th grade student for the 2023-2024 school year. 

2. Submit a one page letter (typed) telling us all about you, we want to know who you are and why we should select you for our program? 

3. Three reference letters: one from school Guidance Counselor, one from a former or current teacher, and one from any one in the community.

4. Copy of Most recent Report Card

5. Submit entire packet to your school's guidance by October 2023       (Date Subject to Change)

Grant writing consultant service that provide comprehensive grant writing, grant researching and related services to public and nonprofit organizations, as well as selected businesses and individuals in need of grant writing services.  Services include general program design, needs assessment, narrative, budget and final submission package. Mission is to help small not-for-profit organizations and other non-profit agencies in their quest to becoming self-sufficient and/or expanding their current business.  They function as a "virtual" grants department by using the most up to date communication technology to bridge the distance between our clients and us anywhere within the County.

Provide Case Management and Community Referral Resources to aid in Life Changing Opportunities and moving towards self-sufficiency.  Case Management services will be offered for 6-12 months at lengths or the mandated requirements through DSS, DMH, etc.  Services are rendered through qualified Social Work, Human Service and Counseling Managers.  Medicaid and Some Insurance are accepted as methods of payment for services. Our goal is to improve the health and lives of our clients by providing them with the tools and resources necessary to SUCCESS.

This program is the financial passport that will help teach students the art of grant writing, how to prepare a portfolio, and how to research for and secure funding for future educational endeavors that will enable them to achieve their lifetime dreams in becoming whatever they want to become in life…the sky is the limit.  This program focuses on its key component called “Raising Vision”, it teaches them how to obtain vision to plan for their future in order to remain connected to a path of education. This is obtained through ACT/SAT Prep, Is a program/service focused on preparing, instructing and assisting students to become proficient in the art and techniques of grant writing, researching and obtaining funding for their education, college prep, portfolio development and so much more.  This program is focused on middle school, high school and undergraduate students.

Imagine That/Can You Imagine

 

 

Imagine That and Can You Imagine are designed to build self-esteem and promote cultural, educational, health, physical fitness, social, professional development, vision, and volunteerism among youths of all socioeconomic backgrounds that suffer from low self-esteem, lack of confidence, and peer pressure.  The foundation’s primary focus is to work with underprivileged and disadvantaged teenage girls/boys between the ages of 11-17.  The purpose of these programs are to empower and expose young girls and boys to the opportunities allowed by obtaining higher education, the various ways higher education can be accomplished through the importance of having goals and a vision.
